Exit 161 - Goes to the Town of Monument, only 8+ miles from the fields, several restaurants (This is also Hwy 105) Exit 158 (E) - Baptist Road - Small shopping center, supermarket and a couple of restaurants Exit 156B - (W) - Northgate Road - Entrance to Air Force Academy Exit 153 (E) - Interquest Parkway - Connects to Highway 83 Exit 151 (E) - Briargate Parkway - Goes to 3rd largest mall in the area with several restaurants Exit 150 (E) - Academy Boulevard - Goes to large regional mall and numerous restaurants and hotels Exit 149 - Woodmen Road Exit 146 (E&W) - Garden of the Gods Road - Many hotels and restaurants Exit 142 (E) - Bijou - Goes to downtown area with restaurants and shops Exit 138 (E&W) - South Circle/Lake Avenue - More hotels and restaurants Exit 135 (E) - South Academy - Goes to Colorado Springs Airport (All exits represent true miles, thus from Exit 135 to Exit 161 is 26 miles) Alternate routes in case of traffic delays on I25 Northbound anywhere from Exits 135 to Exit 146, exit right and go east to Nevada Avenue and continue north. (North Nevada connects with I25 just south of Exit 149). If I25 is still very slow, keep in the right lane for 1/4 mile and exit again at Woodmen Road. From Woodmen Road (Exit 149) exit right and go east to Academy Blvd. Turn left (Home Depot) and go 1+ miles north to Highway 83. Turn right and go north on Highway 83. If the traffic appears to be moving briskly (and you can see I25 from most of Highway 83), you can opt to go west back to the Interstate at Briargate Parkway, at Interquest Parkway, or follow Highway 83/Voyager Parkway straight north to Northgate Road, turn left and go under I25 and into the Academy.
