Requesting/Finding Hotels for the 2008 Pikes Peak Invitational

The 2008 Pikes Peak Invitational requires that you must first have applied before requesting hotel rooms.

View Hotels | Log into your team application | Apply to the 2008 Pikes Peak Invitational

To request hotel rooms:
- Your team must first apply to the PPI. If you have not yet done that, please click on the Apply link below or in the main menu at the top of this page.
- Click on the Log In link below to enter your Team ID Number. (If you have forgotten or misplaced the number, there is a reminder link on the login page)
- Log into your Team Application
- Click on the Request Hotels button at the top of your application
- Complete the form, selecting your top five choices
- Submit the form to the Housing Specialist.

Remember, your housing request will not be acted on until or unless your team is ACCEPTED into the PPI.

IF YOU PLAN ON STAYING OVERNIGHT IN COLORADO SPRINGS, YOUR TEAM IS REQUIRED TO BOOK HOTEL ROOMS USING THE TOURNAMENT HOUSING SERVICE IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PPI.

(Please understand that hotel commissions help offset our venue costs at the Air Force Academy, which are approximately $9,000 per day.)

EACH TEAM MUST DESIGNATE ONE PERSON TO BE ITS HOUSING MANAGER.

HOTELS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT MULTIPLE RESERVATION REQUESTS; HOWEVER, HOTELS WILL BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE INDIVIDUAL CHARGES FOR ROOMS AT CHECK IN.

HOTELS ARE ALSO PROHIBITED FROM ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS FROM 3RD PARTY BOOKING SERVICES, SUCH AS CORPORATE ACCOUNTS OR TRAVEL AGENCIES. TEAMS OR INDIVIDUALS WHO BYPASS THESE PROCEDURES WILL BE REQUIRED TO RE-BOOK THROUGH THE TOURNAMENT HOTEL SERVICE.

The hotel request form is available from your Team Application Page

If you have any questions regarding your rooms or the procedure, please contact the housing bureau.
